James and Crew are awesome and went far beyond the normal helping get us back on the road. When we found his shop tucked in behind another shop, totally by accident, it was truly a blessing..
This is a terrible place. I read the reviews and got fooled. I wasted $3,300 dollars here. James wanted to act like he didn't replace my coil pack so he could charge me a made up 75$ inspection fee plus 104$ for each coil pack. It says in large bold letters on my receipt that the coil pack was replaced. Also my car reeks of oil. Took it back once and he said only nothing is wrong with it. Tell me why it's been a month later and I still smell oil. My father is pissed that he wasted $3300 on this crappy job. Just because I am female doesn't mean you can try to pull a fast one on me. Folks save yourself money and don't go here. Now I have to take my car to a dealership and use more money. The woman Melissa his wife wouldn't let me talk on the phone. This isn't blue cross blue shield you can't treat you customers rudely. They don't care about you once they have your money!!!! Oh and Melissa don't even bother to comment back that I'm a lier like you did the above personn I won't even read it.
Turns out there are some good guys left! The service we received from James and his top notch crew went ABOVE and BEYOND what we could have imagined thanks guys!

My daughter's car broke down and Nicholas was the closest place to take her car. They stayed after hours to ensure she had her car repaired. Melissa in the office and James the Mechanic are very trustworthy. They both take time to explain whats needed from beginning to end. Melissa has over and beyond to follow up
