calling desperately for help and they just send you to a voicemail.... rediculous.... when you do get someone on the line for help with detox issue they just say sorry u need to schedule an appointment....

bruh i want my hoodie back

The staff is very helpful, patient, and understanding. The facilitators that lead group meetings (usually) come from a backgrounds similar to why you're here. Doctors are understandably very busy but can be difficult to see. Counselors (that try to asses your situation) and social workers can be pushy at times, though they do make an effort to listen. I'm uncertain of their criteria for wanting someone to leave (maybe repeat visitors?), however there were people during my stay that it was their second visit, but were allowed to remain for an extended period of time. The bottom line here is you will get results from the effort you put in. This largely comes from taking their suggestions you learn from group meetings and implementing them after you leave. Group meetings are not necessarily mandatory so if you choose to not participate, then you will not gain much from this program. It's designed to socialize with other people that come from a similar background as you, actively listen and participate in group meetings, and start creating the foundation to a routine schedule. The food is decent (not awesome) though I do suggest you go to the cafeteria every chance you get, as the food seems to be better than being delivered to the "group area." TV (basic cable) is provided at specific times during the day/night, however the best experience I had was playing card or board games with people there. Encourage people to join, socialize, and form a bond with this community. Hopefully you can start a network of friends trying to achieve the same goal so you don't return to your old habits. All in all - I'm glad I chose to come here. This has truly been a positive experience.

So I called the number (303) 536-7257 on this sight and spoke to someone and he was so rude and he hung up on me-the thing is this number is not the same number as it is on the website. But the facility that I did call WILL not be getting my business.

Not just a drug addiction treatment center. It's also a DBT therapy group. They involve the whole family in treatment. Effective.
