I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes and then some until they finally put together my plate (even though all the food was already made), meanwhile serving customers in line, all of whom arrived after me.
I finally received my simple plate 25 minutes after I ordered it, without so much as a "sorry for the wait."
I ordered online at 5:59pm. It was a simple order, just a plate of white rice, teriyaki chicken, and broccoli beef. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:14, right when the online system said my order would be ready, only to be told the blatant lie that they had "just received my order."
The food was good but it was just opened and the building was not very clean I really like to eat at a clean place
Oh, and they forgot my teriyaki sauce.
My experience there was ok. This was my first time there and i can honestly say i will not go back... Not to be mean or anything like that. But the food was gross. I just had a plate with half rice half noodles teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. The rice and noodles were really dried out and no flavor what so ever. The only thing i ate was the teriyaki chicken. Even the fortune cookie was gross.
My mom loves this place, we go to a number of different locations, this one had the SLOWEST service ever, wasn't even that busy. Young skinny kid who asks if you want noodles was all over the place, seemed like he doing different jobs and getting nothing done, he left my mother's order sitting there a couple min before we said something. Staff needs a little fine tuning.
This is my favorite panda out their it's because of the service you really get the sense that they enjoy their jobs and like working
