We stayed there 2 days and were very pleased with everything. The people were great. Nice clean shower/restrooms. Plenty of washing machines/dryers(also they were clean, unlike some campgrounds we've been to). Close to a nice park that is dog friendly with lots of trails. The lots are some what close together but we found that to be no problem. The entire place was full both days but we were not one time bothered by noise. My wife's laptop connected to the WiFi just fine, but my older laptop had problems. I want to say to the owner "Nancy, keep up the good work! ".
I stayed at Prospect for about three months before leaving to Washington and was very happy. First, Nancy and the entire staff are completely awesome people from start to finish, they're all very helpful, caring and go above and beyond to make your stay nice. The restrooms, grounds and laundry are well maintained and in working order and cleaned regularly. I found the longer term residents to be real nice people too. This is a very good place to be if your lucky enough to get in !! Thank you Nancy and the whole team, keep up the good work,
Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting Denver. Clean sites and bathrooms. Picnic tables at sites and full hookups. Not a lot of trees or space, but it is adequate and centrally located to everything. Nancy is extremely helpful. I would stay here again.
We stayed 8 nights, $32.50/night with the 7th night free. Water and elec, with sewer is $34/night but not available in all sites. A lot of the campers look to be semi-perminate or at least long term residents. The park is all gravel, a few trees, clean and well maintained. There were a few fire pits scattered around but not at most sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful but very hard to communicate with when making or changing reservations. We were not able to reach anyone by phone and made our reservation via email, which they check three times a week. Patience is the name of the game. The park is convenient to the west side of Denver and we will definitely stay here again.

It may not be fancy but the staff makes all the difference. Has clean restrooms, clean showers and clean laundry. Easy access to freeway and shopping close. When you stay awhile you become family. Rates for Denver are low. The park is quite.
