I recommend Mucilli's for both quality shoes and good repair. Their store was clean and employees were friendly. They had a good selection of shoes comparable to the Walking Company and other stores where I've shopped in both selection and price. I have difficulty finding shoes for my feet, but one of the sales persons took time to help make sure I found what I needed. Mucilli's also stretched the vamp in a shoe for me, and I will probably use them again for other shoes that are too tight to wear.
Had simple repair resewing sole on my favorite deck shoes. Courteous service, a fair price, ready when they said it would be.
I took in two pairs of shoes to be fixed and both came back perfect. Everyone was so nice...and I later heard through family friends how nice the owner and his brother are. A great find!
I had a horrible experience with a saleswomen who claimed to be the owner of Mucilli's. When I went to pick up my boots I did not have my claim check. I explained that my husband had paid the bill. She offered to look it up on the register. She insisted that I did not pay. I asked if there was anyone else she could call. She became very angry with me and said was the owner. She continued to say that I had a bad attitude and that I should leave her store. With that another clerk came from the back room. She indeed remembered me and recalled that I had indeed paid! Never did I received an apology for their error! They have a nice store with excellent shoes and I happen to buy nice shoes......They do not need to worry about me entering their store again EVER! BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!
