5 stars for food but 1 star for promotion
Horrible customer service! I was there just before closing & the clerk took FOREVER chit chatting with a coworker who was checking out. Then after I checked out, I wanted to look at the cats they had for adoption, real quick but, the clerk kicked me out & said they were closed! Yeah, maybe if you hadn't been so busy with your coworker, I wouldn't have been there when you closed! I work in retail & we would never kick a customer out of the store!
I saw an advertisement on tv tonight and it said to text this number to receive 50% of a bag of food but it's a crappy offer as it's 7:56pm when I received this coupon and it expires in 60 minutes when the store closes and I'm not running out in the middle of a football game to get dog food. Thanks for nothing. Terrible marketing- almost making me want to change dog food providers. Ruff!
I took my basset hound for her birthday. She thought she was I scent hound paradise. We bought toys and treats and they have me a coupon for a super discount!
New dog and couldn't bring him into the store because he is too big to hold while we fit a collar so we told them the problem and asked if we could exchange it if didn't work even though we took off packaging. There was no issue, they were very helpful and we walked away happy customers.
I do think the store is nice BUT I will tell others & hopefully people read my review thst the dog training SUCKS! The girl who does it Anacka ( I'm sure that's wrong) is absolutely without a doubt TERRIBLE!!! She worked with every other dog in the class & their owner BUT me. It's not like my pet is aggressive or mean..she kept saying that he looked scared so she wouldn't even hand him a treat..she threw it on the ground in front of him. Terriable trainer I highly highly don't recommend this woman..she sucks!! I even skipped out on graduation..why for what ..looks like I wasted $100+ dollars
