How disappointed I am in a very challenging time for my family.
My father took went to Denver Pet Urgent Care after his dog passed away at home. He was a mess.
A week goes by, no call. We call, no response. Finally, a month later, we finally talkneuth someone who says the paw print has been there for a while- but no ashes. She didn't order them.
I brought my dog to put her down because her eye popped out and I couldn't afford the surgery, the doctor took her and I thought she was already "on a better" place but the doctor gave me the best news ever, he did the surgery without telling me, she's resting now and getting better. The people that work there are friendly and patient. I'm so thankful that there's still people who cares for dogs.
Such an evil and cruel place. I took my dog there and she took her last breath in front of them. they asked me if I wanted them to give her CPR. I said YES of course! and they said well just give us $350. I didnt have any money so they just let me dog die.
My 78 year old father lost his only companion. We trusted Denver Pet Urgent Care to help him and the negligence and shortcutting of one employee has forced him to grieve all over again.
These amazing people saved my cats life! And I'm forever grateful! I really can't say enough kind words about them. They truly care about animals and it is obvious in the quality of care and their willingness to work with owners on a budget. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
My eight month old labardoodle, Walter had consumed an entire dish towel. He seemed fine until he started puking. I had to rush him to Denver urgent pet care because I knew the towel was now causing issues. When I arrived I automatically felt like he was in a safe place where he would receive the best possible care! The staff was very friendly and understanding and got Walter in immediately to start receiving IV fluids. He underwent a very large procedure where his small intestines large intestines and stomach all needed to be operated on. I am so happy to say that Walter is the thriving today!! A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff at Denver urgent pet care!
THANK YOU,
He went in and ordered the paw print and the ashes returned of his dog. The lady showed him urns, colors- everything. He made his choices and paid. That's when the lady realized that she didn't charge him for the ashes. "Never mind," she said. "I'll fix it and not charge you." He clarified and she assured him that was okay. She even said it'd be about a week and they'd call him when the ashes and paw print were ready.
Shame on you. I'll never take any of my animals there and I'll tell everyone I can think of. I'm horrified for my dad, and you should be too.
