Great place and really helpful. Good service. Bought a Pure Fix and still riding it in great shape after 2 years. Will continue to do service here.
We have purchased two bikes and had a number of things serviced. They performed service a number of times as well. Love this small shop. I have had the experience of calling and they didn't answer. I have also had the experience of being in the shop, and because they were helping me, they didn't answer the phone. That's what I like and understand about this small business.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say, I am overly impressed with the service I received from Lee and his people at The Bicycle Broker. I purchased a couple bikes from him, and overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lee went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of, and I will definitely be sending others his way for their bicycle needs.
Jules, Matt, and Lee are great here. I ordered a bike from these guys and from the beginning, I didn't feel any sales pressure. Jules is who I primarily dealt with and his knowledge of cycling in general is phenomenal. They had some issues with their supplier that put a 3-week delay on me receiving my bike. I am in an industry where I rely on suppliers and manufacturers as well so I completely understand. Throughout my waiting process, they answered every phone call and gave me updates every time I asked without leaving me feeling like I was an inconvenience to them. I even called the manufacturer directly and the person I spoke to knew specifically about my order, apologized for the delay, and spoke extremely highly of the Bicycle Broker. My bike ended up showing up late on a Friday evening and Jules stayed an hour past closing time to install the upgrades I ordered, adjust them properly, let me take a few test rides, and tweaked the bike until it rode exactly like I wanted it to.
Seems like a great bike shop, though I have been trying to sell my used bike and on there website they say they will get back to you in 24hrs and I have been waiting for 2 months, not much help going in either they would not look at it, and messaging them through there number did not work either like the mechanic there said to do. A simple response to my inquiry would have been appreciated. should probably change your policy on your website stating we will get back to you by the end of the day, totally false. I would recommend selling your bike elsewhere.
These guys are great. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a shop that is honest and truly cares about making sure their customers are happy!
