The sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock at the time so they directed me to a similar product, but after a few rides I discovered it wasn't what I thought it was, and they exchanged it for me. Huge selection, and a talented repair staff.
I bought a bike from Wheat Ridge Cyclery on March 16 and I must say probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in any setting. Chris helped me find a bike, helmet, and bike lights that were perfect and all within my budget. He also was able to do all of this in an efficiently, timely manner while giving me a personalized and enjoyable experience. I have never purchased a bike before, so having Chris there to help walk me through the process and explain things to me was really great and helpful. This was my first time at Wheat Ridge Cyclery and needless to say, I will be returning if I ever need anything and they will always be my go-to recommendation for anyone purchasing a bike. I have never left a store feeling so happy and pleased with my purchase and purchase experience. 10/10, would recommend, 5 stars, A+, two-thumbs up, etc. etc.

This place is the model for local bike shops. Spotless, well organized, inviting. Staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and easy going. The mechanics in service are free of attitude (refreshing!), know their craft, and are professional. Pricing for accessories is competitive, and selection is good; you can spot a shop that is stocked by people who actually know the sport. Cycling stuff isn't cheap, but these guys aren't gouging their customers, either. Yup, this LBS earns all 5 stars - I recommend
